PivotFlow started in 2021 in Ghent, after our founders spent a decade watching retail chains hold asset tracking together with spreadsheets and goodwill.

Today a team of 22 works on one platform, used across 18 countries. We are profitable, independently owned, and we intend to stay both.

What we care about

Boring reliability. The people using PivotFlow are usually standing up, often outdoors, and never in the mood for a loading spinner.

Your data is yours. Full export in open formats, at any time, without asking us first.

No surprise invoices. Per-seat pricing, published on the website, the same for everyone.
